project has been undertaken. The other objectives of project management are as follows:
1) To achieve maximum productivity at minimum cost.
2) To maximize income and return.
3) To minimize risk and uncertainty.
4) To eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
5) To make the most efficient and effective use of resources- manpower, money, materials,
technology etc.
