 PERT: Programme Evaluation Review Technique.
 GERT: Graphic Evaluation and Review Technique.
 RAMS: Resource Allocation and Multi Project Scheduling.
 RPSM: Resource Planning and Scheduling Method.
 MAP: Manpower Allocation Procedure.
 LOB: Line of Balance.
Among these CPM and PERT are the most widely used network analysis techniques in project
management.
